It’s Friday Fitness Time!
Today’s Friday Fitness is VERY different than what we had planned. Yet, it shows the journey of chronic illness and trying to be as “fit” as possible health wise. Since December 31, my fitness journey has been medical appointments upon medical appointments, fighting to get a serious infection under control, and mainly needing to rest. That is all part of the fitness journey.
Yet, we press on. Here are my thoughts today and my goals for this year. What are your goals for 2026 or for the next few weeks? What do you desire to improve on this year with your health?
