Health Tip:

An advertisement came across my feed the other day which actually caught my attention. It was for a “muscle scraper” which sounds horrible, but it was said to help release stubborn muscle cramps. Given that is something that I struggle with constantly, I took a look. It was a bit too rich for my blood, but a little searching brought me to this link which was more in my budget.

I am happy to report that this little gadget is helping where some of my other gadgets cannot. I can even use it with my hand limitations. If you struggle with muscle cramps, maybe it will help!

Spiritual Tip:

Last week was what I would describe as “wild.” As I look back on it, though, it was good through it all. I was reminded in my quiet time today that we need to remember to praise Him and to record the things He has done. I encourage you to begin writing down blessings throughout the day to look back on. These help you remember the good things amidst the bad. Praise Him!

What have you found helpful in seeing God in the hard times?

We will be doing it in such a way that you will not need to purchase it, but we encourage you to do so. Our time with God is so important. This study will help you know how to develop and grow in that area.
