What has brought you joy this week?

For me, it was a sister-in-love who realized I was a bit anxious about driving on the roads that had been really bad earlier in the day. Since I do not get out often, it was overwhelming me a bit. She immediately texted with encouragement that they were much better at that time than they had been. It settled my nerves and brought joy that I am blessed with such an amazing sister-in-love and friend. (All of my “in-loves” are absolutely amazing and such a blessing!)

Her kindness reminded me of this verse, “²⁵ Heaviness in the heart of man maketh it stoop: but a good word maketh it glad.” Proverbs 12:25
