To Do List for Today:

1. Love the Lord.
2. Be of good courage.

In our verses for today, God gives us a to do list. Our verses are Psalm 31:23-24. After giving us a to do list, look what God promises: “²³ O love the Lord, all ye his saints: for the Lord preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer. ²⁴ Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.”

Look at that. He preserves the faithful and rewards the proud doer. He strengthens the heart of all that hope in Him. We have a small to do list, but the rewards are exponential!

As my dad would have said, “Who wouldn’t love a God like that?!”
