This week was my first week back to work full time after the long illness. It took a lot out of me, but we made it.
Fitness this week, in the traditional sense, didn’t happen. My doctor was right when she said that the fatigue would take a bit to resolve. I did what I could. This week, true fitness looked different. This week, it meant doing what I can and resting. That was it.
I hope to get a video up later today, but we will have to see how the day goes.
This is life with chronic illness. Some weeks, fitness (striving for the best health possible) looks like resting and feeding your body what it needs. That is okay.
