Yesterday, I went to a specialist for a checkup for a problem I have had for decades. We have just been managing the illness for years. What I didn’t realize is that there were new developments in the treatment of the condition which means we can better manage it. This new specialist took time to listen and quickly realized that I wasn’t aware of the new treatment options. This specialist took the time to discuss options and help. What a blessing!
Science and medical treatments change over time. Our God does not. He faithfully cares for us always. He never changes. His faithfulness, as the Psalmist says, “reacheth unto the clouds.”
“5 Thy mercy, O Lord, is in the heavens; And thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.
6 Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; Thy judgments are a great deep: O Lord, thou preservest man and beast.
