Some weeks are tougher than others. This week was one of those weeks, being perfectly honest. A week when my health issues were not to be ignored. A week when doing “survival” tasks after work was all I could do. Finally, today, I awoke feeling a bit better. I don’t know how long the strength will last, but it is a blessing to enjoy it for a little while.

Some weeks are like that. Yet, through those times, God remains faithful. God gives us rest in these times. This beautiful song tells of God’s rest. When we cast our cares on Him during these times, He gives rest. He takes our burdens!
