Keep it simple.
This tip is something I am still working on. Often, I forget that things take me much, much longer now than they used to. Even just survival tasks take so long on top of all the appointments that come with chronic illness.
I want to do so much. Yet, my body and schedule simply don’t cooperate. When I try to do too much, even fun hobbies, it simply adds stress to my day. I have to remind myself often to “Keep it simple!”
Another way to put it is to steward the strength and resources that God has given us.
A simple life, for me, seems to be much more peaceful.
