Faithful. This word took on new meaning yesterday.

Yesterday, a dear friend passed away completely unexpectedly. We lived far apart, but communicated regularly, including just the day before. She loved God and was faithfully serving Him until the end through hardship. As I process our loss here and her gain of Heaven, two things come to mind. First, we never know when God may call us home. Second, may I be faithful to our God until the end.

What would you do differently if you knew this were the last day that you had here on earth? Do you know where you are going when you die? Jesus came, lived, died, and rose again so that we may relationship with and spend eternity with Him. We would love to talk with you about this if you do not know Him. Our God is faithful. May we love and serve Him faithfully daily. We do not know what a day may bring forth.
