In searching for some advice for walking with new crutches, I found a fantastic resource on Youtube: Adaptive Equipment Corner.

This site is put on by Physical Therapists who walk you through various tasks – both for the disabled and for caregivers. (The website is mainly geared toward caregivers, but I found several very helpful Youtube videos for my personal use. I have included a couple YouTube links for you to get an idea of what they have.
