Oh, how easy it is to trust in our own hearts.
This past week, my vehicle was down. It has had many issues which we are working to correct. I kept finding multiple ways to resolve the problem. Even though there was no way that I was able to resolve the issue, I knew how it should be resolved. I kept giving it to God and then taking it back to try to resolve it.
Have you ever been there? We trust in our wisdom instead of God’s. We try to resolve things and think we know best. Yet, God knows best. We need to trust Him and walk with Him. He will deliver us.
We have a gracious God. My church family has my vehicle up and running. We know that it will need more work, but it is running at the moment. God worked despite my struggle with wanting to figure things out and resting in Him.
We don’t know what we will face this week, but we know on Whom we can rely! Let’s trust in Him instead of ourselves.
