Today, I am thankful for Joni and Friends and all their resources!

Joni is walking the path of disability, chronic illness, and isolation. Her testimony and encouragement point us to Jesus Christ and show us a different perspective on suffering. What a blessing!

I am finishing up the last few chapters of the Beyond Suffering course. It is a wonderful course that teaches us so much about God’s purpose in suffering and what we can do to work together to help others. They also have many other courses that will help churches minister with the handicapped.

God has taken the tragedy of Joni’s quadriplegia and turned it around for His glory. He exchanged beauty for ashes. Praise our Savior!
