Psalm 70:4-5, “⁴ Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified. ⁵ But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O Lord, make no tarrying.”

These two verses are wonderful ones to meditate on this week. What I love is that David draws our focus to God and the joy He brings to those who seek Him and know His salvation. At the same time, David shows his neediness and where he turns for help.

I don’t know what you are facing today, but I do know our God. He is wonderful and worthy to be glorified. Yet, He still cares for us and want us to bring Him our needs. He is our help and deliverer.
