Thirsty?

Oh, I don’t mean physical thirst, but spiritual, emotional, mental thirst. Are you thirsty for something more? Do you feel as if something is missing? Are you thirsty for companionship and connection?

I have good news.

Jesus is Living Water.

John 4:10, “¹⁰ Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.”

John 7:38, “³⁸ He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.”

When we come to Jesus for the Living Water, we will not thirst again. He is a never-ending stream, constantly quenching our deep thirst.

Jeremiah 2:13, “¹³ For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.”

Zechariah 13:1, “13 In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.”

1 Corinthians 15:45, “⁴⁵ And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.”

Jesus, Living Water. Turn to Him for your thirst.
