I love a good mystery whether it be a book, movie, or show. (OK… as long as it is clean which is hard to find.) I love the challenge of solving it before the answer is revealed. For all of you who love mysteries, we have a mystery in this chapter. According to J Vernon McGee’s outline, Ephesians 3’s theme is “The church is a MYSTERY.”

How exciting it is that God reveals this mystery unto us! Just think, the God of they universe is sharing His mystery with us!

To prepare, read Ephesians 3. Look for and mark:

• references to the mystery.
• references to God and who He is.
• what it means to us.
• how it affects our daily lives.
• what Paul prays for in the final verses (some of my favorite verses).
