Today’s Tip … Recovery Time. Don’t skip it.
For those of you with chronic illness, you know the cost of an activity out. It can take days or weeks to feel back to your “normal” again. I am learning that you must plan for and take the recovery time. If we (I) don’t, the length required for recovery grows. Plan for the time.
No, it doesn’t make sense that things wipe us out so much. No, others don’t have to take the recovery time. It doesn’t matter. It is a part of life. Prepare for it. For me, realizing it ahead of time helps me not to be discouraged by it and not to avoid it.
What types of tips would be helpful for you all? We would love to help. We would also love to hear any tips you found in leading this isolated life. 🙂
