Tuesday Tips

Strength can be limited. In our Facebook Group last week, we talked about having a goal each week and breaking it down into smaller pieces throughout the week to give that sense of accomplishment. Be flexible.

Last night, as I was struggling to complete the simple task of dishes, it hit me. I don’t have to finish ALL the dishes tonight. They will wait for me. 🙂 To some of you, this will be a “duh!”, but for me, the push to finish the job is strong.

Tip: Give yourself grace. Do what you can and leave the rest. Ask for help if needed.
