We sang one of my favorite songs Sunday in church, “Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus.” Recently, I read a book that made me do just that. Don’t you love the books that make you want to highlight the entire book because it is so good? Recently, I found one of those books, Keeping Faith When Life Hurts, Joni Eareckson Tada.

Perhaps part of this is because I have been pondering the truth that God is who He says He is. He is the same God of the Bible. He is big enough to help me through any trial. He is an amazing God. Will I keep my faith and praise Him through the hard days? Will I trust that He knows best? This book is reminding me of just that.
