Sydney Anne Bennett, “Suffering will either seal you forever in the grip of despair and anger or seal you deeper in the grasp of God. ”

I first came across Sydney on a reel on social media. It caught my attention as she is a young mother who suffers seizures. I realized that she was joyful and giving glory to God in the midst of obvious hurt and suffering. She smiled through the hard.

Then, she wrote a book. I have just started to listen to the audio book and keep wanting to stop to write down quotes. She has a wonderful perspective on the hard while not denying the difficulty of living with health issues. Her book, Fearfully and Wonderfully Broken, is excellent. I am in chapter 4, but cannot stop listening. I encourage you to read or listen to the book.
