Tuesday Tip: Pace Yourself

Pacing is so important for those of us with chronic illness. It is such a temptation to want to conquer everything, do everything, on our rare “good” days. Please resist this temptation. Pace yourself. Stop before you are tired. As much as possible try to do the same amount daily so as not to be on the rollercoaster of “peaks and valleys” that chronic illness can be.

I have seen many commercials for “Visible” which is supposed to help you pace yourself. Have any of you used it? Does it help you? We would love to hear what you think.

Remember… pace yourself!
