Yesterday I went for a drive and saw the changing of the seasons. Some trees were still vibrant; others were bare of leaves. It reminded me of life. Joy and sorrow mixed together.

As I was contemplating this, a song came on the radio. It made me stop and contemplate how I am responding in life. So often, I am distracted by all the world has to offer. What I long for is Jesus in the midst of all! Oh, that from morning to night I would simply say, “Give me Jesus!”
