We are going to take a brief break from our Identity Series as I need a bit of time to dig deeper into it.
The past two weeks have been challenging with unexpected health issues and increased responsibilities at the same time. My goal is to take today to get back on track. I appreciate your patience.
During the past two weeks, God continues to uphold me in His hands and provide strength. He has brought verses to mind which have meant much to me over the years. I know we have looked at these verses a couple times before, but they were a comfort and strength to me this week.
“17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
18 Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
19 The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.”
