This Bible verse brought me joy this week.
“32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.”
This verse made me want to draw closer and closer to God. How do we become stronger and do exploits? By knowing Him. This is, once again, the word “yada” which we talked about a couple weeks ago.
Now, I want to know God like that, to have that close of a relationship with Him. I also would love to do exploits, but wondered what that meant. It was a bit harder to find. The best I could find was “to take action.”
Wouldn’t it be amazing to take action for God, to be strong for Him, even in our weakness? Oh, what joy it is to know Him and serve Him no matter where we are!
