When we are lonely, we need to be honest with God and turn to Him. He will come to our aid.
“16 Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; for I am desolate and afflicted.”
Notice in this verse that the Psalmist turned to God in his desolation and affliction. He knew what it was to have trials and turned to God in them. We can also ask for God to turn to us and have mercy on us in our desolation and affliction. God loves us!
