Someday I will learn to have no expectations when going for a routine appointment for some of my chronic conditions.

This week, I went to an appointment expecting all good news and more progress. Instead, the condition had gone just a bit backwards and a new condition showed up. Ugh. This new condition sounds so small and insignificant, but combined with the others will mean many more lifestyle changes. (You would think that I would be used to these by now, but this one caught me off guard.)

As I was driving home, our faithful God listened to my concerns and processing. He reminded me that He is faithfully in this new season. He is here. He knows. He will walk through with me.

Many of you are going through much more than I am with much more significant life changes. God is walking through it with you.
