A large part of prayer is praise.

This week, there have been many challenges. Because of a health flare, these things seem overwhelming. A song has come to mind over and over. It is based on Exodus 14–15.

We were looking at Philippians 4:6-8 yesterday. The Scripture ties in with Exodus 14-15.

Paul tells us to take our requests to God. God will then keep us with a peace that we cannot understand. He will keep our minds and hearts. Just think of that promise! God will bring peace, a peace that we cannot understand. The challenge may or may not go away, but we have a promise that God will keep our heart and mind through it. Rest in Him today! Praise Him for this peace and comfort that He is going to bring.

You may still be in “Exodus 14” between a sea and an army. Take your requests to God. Remember that Exodus 15 is coming and praise Him!
