Waiting is hard. Waiting while in pain and through hard times is harder yet.
It seems we are always waiting. The good news is that we wait with hope. We wait with hope in a God we trust. We wait with anticipation of what He is going to do. We wait for Heaven, to see Him face to face, for an end to the pain.
The here and now can be hard. We who know God and have trusted in Him have hope.
“22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.
23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.”
Hold on a little longer, my friend!
