“4 Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.”
As we start this day, remember that God is the helper of His children. He upholds us. He upholds our soul!
Rest in this today. We don’t have to hold ourselves up or use our own strength. God will take care of it all.
