Our God is a faithful God. How have you seen God’s faithfulness this week?

For me, I have seen God faithfully walk through an unexpected injury this week. He faithfully provided for needs and given peace through the pain. He has walked with me.

Just think about this truth. When:

• our health takes a turn for the worse,
• doctor appointments don’t go as planned,
• a flare keeps us in bed for days as dishes and laundry pile up, and
• we haven’t left the house in weeks outside of doctor appointments,

God is still faithful.

He walks with us through these times. He faithfully comforts us.

• Deuteronomy 31:6, “⁶ Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”
• Deuteronomy 31:8, “⁸ And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.”
• Isaiah 41:10, “¹⁰ Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”
• Joshua 1:9, “⁹ Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
• 1 Peter 5:7, “⁷ Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”

Life brings many challenges with it, but our God is faithful.
