Shiloh. Peace.

Genesis 49:10, “¹⁰ The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.”

Isaiah 9:6, “⁶ For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”

Jesus gives us peace. John 14:27, “²⁷ Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

He is our peace. Ephesians 2:14, “¹⁴ For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;”

Rest in our Shiloh, our Peace, this season as we celebrate Jesus.
