Gratefulness: What are you thankful for today?
Today, I am thankful for Christmas Lights. My nieces came and decorated for me yesterday. Due to my allergies, we had to get creative. I love how it turned out!

Daring Devotion Thoughts from Day 19: Today, we learn of another member of the Judson family, Edward Judson, son of Adoniram and Sarah Judson, missionaries to Burma. He lost his mother before he turned two years old.
From this and the trials of their mission field, Edward was familiar with suffering. Yet, Edward was also familiar with the eventual success as thousands of Burmese came to know Jesus Christ through his parents suffering. He said, ““Success and suffering are vitally and organically linked. If you succeed without suffering, it is because someone suffered for you; if you suffer without succeeding, it is in order that someone else may succeed after you.”
Psalm 126:5-6, “5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. 6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.”
Galatians 6:7-9, “7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. 9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
Are you suffering today, yet striving to be faithful and glorify Him? Do not lose heart.
