Grateful November, Day 11

Gratefulness: Today, I am thankful for orchards at which we can purchase produce in season. Several times a year my mom and I head to the orchard to purchase in-season produce to freeze for the year. God is good!

Daring Devotion Thoughts from Day 11: As I read this book, it seems that the lesson of each day is meant just for me. Today’s devotion is entitled “Faithful in Little.” Sarah Hall Boardman Judson, missionary to Burma, lost her husband to the hardships of the mission field. Yet, she stayed on the field with her son rather than returning home. She later married widower and fellow missionary Adoniram Judson.

Through it all, with little in the way of earthly goods, she remained faithful to God. May we continue to be faithful in little or much.

Luke 16:10, “10 He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.”
