It was a short week at work this week with the holiday weekend. Yet, short weeks always make me wonder what day it is. 🙂 Today, though, is most definitely Friday!

This week, God showed His faithfulness in providing for needs. When my strength was small, He stepped in. When I couldn’t, He did.

Along with that, I have seen God work in my heart and draw me back to Him. It is so easy to be distracted by life, “survival things,” social media, entertainment, and so on. This week, He has been working in my heart.

God is faithful even when we are not. Have you let your relationship with Him slip a bit? He is waiting. He is faithful.

It reminds me of one of my favorite Christmas Carols… err… a new version of it. One of my favorite carols is “O Come All Ye Faithful.” This one is likely closer to my reality. (September isn’t too early for Christmas carols in my book. If you know me well, you know this is rather late to begin listening to Christmas music.)
