Be consistent. Ok… as consistent as you can be with variable health.
Occupational and physical therapy come with our territory. Something that I have been working on recently is consistency. When I don’t feel like working on whatever it is, do it anyway. Even small changes, done consistently, can mean big progress!
Now, I will admit that the hard part is knowing when to give grace since it honestly won’t work that day and when to push through. That is a fine and difficult to find line. I am working to do something toward the goal daily to build consistency. Sometimes, that is the biggest obstacle.
I would love to hear any tips you have on building consistency or managing consistency with variable health.
